Many people give less importance to skin care due to their
buy daily schedules. They forget to wash their face due to tired day at office,
while some people purchase expired skin care products without checking the
expired date. The above mentioned are only a few ,here I give you few skin care

1. Avoid Smoking :

Every one enjoys taking hot showers
for long time getting relaxed, this can danmage the facial skin. The reason

capillaries may get weakened leading to redness and dry skin.
3. Stop consuming alcohol:
Excess consumption
of alcohol dehydrates the skin and
removes the natural oils making it dry. It dilates the capillaries

Sleep deprivation can
lead to stress which in turn lead to acne and psoriasis. Eight hours of sleep
is required for cell damages during the day.
5. Stop breaking zits:
Picking the pimples
cam push them deeper into the skin, the bacteria goes deeper causing itching. Dirt
and oil are causes for pimples . so give a mild facewash twice a day.
6. Avoid phone chatter:
Your phone can also
effect your skin . the reason is that the heat generated due to friction, and from
the battery can lead to pimple breakouts.
